This property is equipped with two outdoor security cameras, one facing the front door and one overlooking the backyard, to help ensure guest safety and protect the home. We also use a Minut noise-monitoring system, which detects noise levels and smoking both inside and outside the property. This system does not record audio; it simply alerts us if noise or smoke levels exceed acceptable limits. These measures are in place to help maintain a safe environment and ensure guests adhere to our rules regarding noise, smoking, and occupancy. After confirming your reservation, you’ll receive access to our Guest Portal, which must be completed before check-in. It includes your check-in instructions, house rules, and required guest information. You will also be asked to review and sign our external rental agreement.
